Her height proportions have grown a little to about 10th percentile, and her weight has come down to 65th. She's 7.
OP here -- I bet she was so cute!

I do worry about my son's eating, but that's because he's an older kid who is heavier than he is tall and has a bit of a belly on him. He also spends too much time playing video games.
Today for breakfast was scrambled eggs, wheat toast, fruit. I sent lunch to the nanny share which will be a good sized portion of a black bean, tomato, squash saute with a little chicken mixed in. Plus side of fruit. Dinner will be leftover whole wheat pasta with sauce and chicken, side veg or fruit. Plus snacks at the nanny share, likely cheese stick, banana, wheat crackers.
He can pack it in.

Should you be worried? NO! Sounds like his weight is proportional to his height, and your ped isn't worried. I'd guess either you or your DH were about that size as babies (my kids are the same size as me) and that your size as adults is roughly how he'll end up. No need to worry IMO.

OP here. Like I said, my MIL has asked me several times if I think DS is "overweight" so that has started getting me paranoid that I'm overfeeding him or something. We just go by his cues. Some days lately, it seems like all he wants to do is eat, on top of the 18-24 ounces of milk he drinks.
OP don't listen to your MIL.
No, I don't think he's overweight. His pediatrician says he's fine.
Repeat every time she brings it up.
Continue to follow his cues and feed him as much as he needs. Think about how much he's growing and how active he is. He will eat a lot of food. Wait until he's a teenager!

My older son was similar, though not to the same extreme. He's now a tall, skinny preschooler.
