Seems like girls, at least, are interested in making ugly footwear fashionable.

Haven't heard specifically about crocs. Will ask DD.

PP with DD 16 and she confirmed that indeed, Crocs are back in, especially among FHockey girls.

Whoever calls Uggs a "decent pair of warm boots" needs to educate themselves.

The only thing I like that girls currently wear on their feet are flip-flops and Converse. Everything else considered trendy are really ugly.

The new crocs are cute. Nothing like those fugly ones were 15 years ago.

I am currently wearing a pair of ugly Birkenstocks that my daughter decided didn't fit her right (ended up buying her a new pair after we realized they came in narrow). I wish I could have purchased two pairs of Crocs instead - would have saved some $$$$. Still, I haven't seen Crocs on anyone over age 6 for awhile.

I love my Crocs too, but it's true that they are ugly.

+1 ??

Call me crazy, but I think it is expensive to pay $119 for kids boots.

The new crocs look more like real shoes instead of troll slippers
