Back to school night is 7:00; Sundown is 7:06 that day. But, the definition of the end of the holiday is nightfall (not sunset). That is at 7:44 PM. That is when the fast ends. Note that I can not fast (diabetic), but I will be observing the holy day.
So, there is a clear conflict.
