Please tell us which of DC's many "music street festivals" and other "scenes" residents such as ourselves should be avoiding. As a longtime dues-paying FONZ member I'm also curious why you think we need to avoid the National Zoo on Easter.
I bet she meant the day after Easter at the zoo and I does not take a dc insider to know why.
