For me the biggest negative is the transfer in London if you haven't done it before. First of all, if you aren't on actual BA metal in the onwards connection, you will almost certainly have to transfer terminals. Even if still on BA metal, you do need to effectively exit and re-enter via the conformance check (it's not actual immigration, but I sometimes wonder if it wouldn't be faster to go via immigration and then back in through landside security ...) It's not difficult and it's pretty well sign posted, but it takes a while and they won't let you through if you don't present yourself at conformace on time. Anything less than a 90 minute connection could be pretty stressful.

Having said that, coach of any of the airlines will be horrific. C on BA is pretty decent - although there are better options on Asian and Middle Eastern carriers - I do like the C lounge and at least the possibility of mini massage/facial at the Elemis spa in Heathrow.

F is also quite decent, although far better to fly LH via FRA to experience their F lounge, or Emirates via Dubai ...

BA is known to have the most cramped seating in coach.

I flew BA business class to London and didn't find it that impressive. I thought that food was better on my transcontinental flight on delta. I wouldn't fly ba again
