PPs who walked, did you have some point of solid sleep? This is what worries me, falling back asleep for 6 hours or so and not walking during that time.

In business class it's less of an issue sleeping because your feet are elevated. Recognize the risk of DVT, but realize it's a bigger deal in a coach seat. I would NOT do this trip in coach while pregnant, in business or first - in a heartbeat.
Of course, I've never had 6 hours of sleep on an airplane, so take my advice for what it's worth.
I would worry about the developing country part though (I'm the PP who did Tokyo and Seoul). Does your company have a medical department you can talk to? Are malaria meds needed? Any strange vaccines you would need? I wouldn't get Japanese encephalitis vaccine while pregnant, for example (it's probably not even allowed then).
