OP here. Well, he says that he has never liked social media and past girlfriends would tag him in photos other people took at parties etc. He said that when he was in high school he was big on PDA (got kicked out of a starbucks this one time for some really heavy PDA) and since he is more private now and hates the idea that people know his personal life.
