It works if you're honest and if you stick to the program.

The processed stuff, in my view, is emergencies-only stuff. Stuck at an airport with no good food options around? Have a mini snack bar. In a hotel room and need a quick, nonperishable breakfast? Have an oatmeal cup.

Otherwise? Eat whole foods. And track, track, track

I did it for years without much success. MFP gives me all the same tools for free and I'm losing more.
