Not everyone who builds in McLean builds in Vienna.
Who builds in McLean but not Vienna?

This helps no one if you don't mention the builder.

The quality of construction was horrendous. It was only a fluke that we found out that they were the builder when we toured a model home they have/have in McLean. So glad we did.
Some of their single family homes in McLean are gorgeous and I'm guessing they pay more attention to detail in a $2 million single-family house than in a townhouse in Tysons.
We have a Buchanan-Price house and have been pleased. Not problem-free but no major problems, and the team was responsive.
I agree, the model we saw LOOKED gorgeous ( a new development about two years ago of 12ish homes). I have no idea the quality of the construction. I just know the TH quality was junk. When I looked at it to rent, it looked good, too. Living in it taught me a lot about what to look for when selecting a builder.
