I am underweight. I always eat after 8pm. Sometimes a snack, sometimes both dinner and a snack.

However, I also don't eat breakfast, so I don't know what impact that might have.

I have been eating before 8pm for decades. And I don't snack or have dessert after dinner. When I was younger I was thin. Now that I'm middle aged I am overweight.

I am fat. I never eat after dinner. No alcohol ever. No ice cream ever. No snacking. But you know, I'm actually fat because I'm lazy and undeserving, unlike all you thin late night ice cream eaters.

Always eat dinner at 8-830. Normal weight. It has everything to do with total consumption and nothing to do with timing.

I have no idea why you think this. Have a light dinner with your husband.

Maybe half the time? Neither of us are overweight. It's what you eat, not when.
