I guess she's enjoying her virtual spending spree.
Where is this magical thread?

Seriously!? This is a thing?
Yep, it's basically a marketing technique for home builders. A standard level will have basic baseboards and related trim, mid-level appliances, hollow core doors, basic tile work, etc. An executive level home will have upgraded baseboards and trim, high-end appliances, solid wood doors, more elaborate tile work, and other high-end details.
OP, for your own sake, please stop talking about "Executive" this and "Executive" that. You are going to make a fool of yourself and really embarrass your husband.
Better make a fool of herself here in DCUM than IRL. OP, I know you're excited but you're trying desperately too hard. The other wives in your neighborhood and at your private school are going to smell your desperation to fit in from a mile away and steer clear. Your husband's promotion doesn't necessitate an entirely new and different life.

There is such a thing as an executive car, so I think a lot of those aspects would translate over even though none of us have ever heard of an "Executive home" before.
So if there was such a thing as a 5-series equivalent in terms of a home, that's what it would be.
