A. LOT. This would actually be a great opportunity in a neighborhood pining for better options than Bethune.

This is interesting. They say they have 66 kids on their wait list, and they want to open the second space to accept them. But how many of those are legit? I have two kids on the waist, and no plans to attend. Communication was awful and they are pretty disorganized. Given their current chaos, it's hard for me to fathom that with a month left before school starts, they have the ability to get a new school up and running, even if it is only three grades.

No hint of it in the PCSB paperwork linked above. All about additional space to serve more EC students.
