+1. My kids always wore these as toddlers and I never noticed a smell.

I will try this. Where do you find this? Drug store? Man, my DS's Keens stink (he's 18 months). He took them off in the car yesterday and I almost had to pull over (the smell was that bad).

We had Keens one summer and the stink was terrible.

We just bought some Timberland sandals from Amazon - so far so good (but it's only been a week or so). They say they have some antimicrobial something or other to combat the stink.

Bought the closed toe stride rite leather sandals. After a few days of massive feet stink- we just started using socks. Kind of defeats the purpose of sandals. However, he is starting to equate shoes with socks- so he always wants socks anyway.

A lot of it is the age. Both my girls had the worse smelling feet at that age.

Old school, but I often sprinkle a bit of baby powder in my 3yo's shoes before putting them on.

WAY less stink- they use neoprene and have fewer straps. Never had stink with the seacamps.

Yep, my experience is that all sandals make my 3-year-old's feet stinky. Most shoes do, too, though cotton socks help. We just wash his feet every single night, even if he's not having a full bath.

Mine wears either all leather Stride Rites or Saltwater Sandals. No stink last summer or this summer.
