Before kids, I bled every single time. My OB said it was due to the type of cervical cells that were exposed. Lube decreased the bleeding.

I hadn't gone in because bleeding after sex is also a side effect of NuvaRing. 2 years later I have had 2 surgeries and chemo and just now been declared in remission. Obviously it's not the only thing it could be, but I warn people now when they say they've had some bleeding.

I was on Nuvaring for four years and never heard that or had it happen. Crazy!

Is this the same person who is posting about cervical cancer or is it multiple people? I'm terrified! And now just waiting for results but it would help if I knew this was just one person causing me to be terrified or multiple.

I am so afraid. I ran to the OB but now I need to wait. Is cervical cancer treatable? Does the bleeding just happen once or does it keep going once it starts?

And for your original question, I would not be mortified at all. Crazy stuff happens when you have sex. You're already dealing with some bodily fluids. You're adults. Deal.

Had something similar occur early on in a relationship -- extra bad because we didn't have private laundry facility. That was 30 years ago and we still laugh about it. He has seen much worse through 4 pregnancies.

Are you serious? OP here--I am so scared that I ran to my OB today. We did a pap and I am getting an ultra sound. Could it be fibroids? Does anyone have experience with that?

If so, the hymen shrinks back to place. We never actually "break it" unless something super traumatic happens.

The first time I slept with my ex, (which was on our first official date, btw- and we went on to date for a year), I got my period that night, and we had sex.... and he ate me out.

Neither of us even realized till the next morning when there was blood on the sheets.

If he has a problem with it- IDK, personally that's not the type of dude I'd be interested in. Sex is messy- if you cant handle that, dont have sex.
