Do you like the way you feel? Do you feel as good if you're not exercising and eating well?

Agree. I work out regularly because it makes me feel great and looking good is just a nice extra. Try to find a workout regime that you like and keep at it till it becomes a habit that's hard to break. Good luck!

Keep your weekly date with the scale. Refuse to let the number go up.

Eat a ton of fruits and vegetables. Eat a bowl of plain oatmeal every day. Eat two eggs every day.

Make a pact to spend 5 days being perfect and give yourself 2 days to be "bad."

Absolutely love the idea of a goal. You lost the weight. You need something new to work towards. Running a 5k. Finish all 30 days of 30-day-shred. Losing an inch off your waist.

Plan a fancy date for a month from now. Buy yourself the dress now and make sure there is no wiggle room.

Make an appointment for family photos six- eight weeks from now. Gotta look good for those!
