Sleeping with someone on the first date isn't a bad thing. It gives you an idea of sexual chemistry before you get too into it. I have never had a fade back with someone I wanted to continue seeing after first date sex. I've been with my current guy for almost two years after we were together on the first night. I am considering marriage. If he thinks less of you because you want to have sex, he probably has too many hang ups to have a good relationship and/or sex life.

It can turn into a relationship (I've seen it happen) though obviously it's not the ideal start. It's done now, though, so try not to panic about it. Wait and see if he texts like he said he would.
