Sheesh, adult or not, boy or girl, you don't brush off some random person slapping you on the butt. This kid does need a stern talking to at minimum so he doesn't think he's entitled to slap people (anywhere) just because he feels like it. There are some really bad people in the world. I was walking in Spain when a group of migrant workers came up to me and a gang of them accosted me and assaulted me touching me through my clothes. I fended them off by knocking them off. OP's daughter should figure out how to defend herself and stand up for herself, and assess the situation instead of immediately involving the police.

Two sons and two daughters. Making the jump from a boy taking a dare from his friends to rape is ridiculous. Sexual assault? Really? That's wonderful to put on the girl, she was sexually assaulted because someone touched her butt.
