Blue or black would be nice.

I'm the PP who said red shutters, but they'd have to be brick red. Changed my mind after seeing the blue house with bright red shutters. That looks fantastic. The only red shutters I've seen have been more of a burgundy, but it might be worth getting wood shutters and painting them bright red. Definitely makes a statement.

WoW! Thanks everyone. OP here. Thanks for all the great ideas. I was thinking about black before I posted but now I'm seriously considering red.... Need to get a sample and hold it up. Defintely will try navy and gray but iffy on gray with the house color. It's not the current trendy blue gray. LOVE the house of turquoise link! Thanks! My house color is sort of a cross between the pale side of the house on the beach (#2) and the brighter gingerbread house (#4). Maybe if 4 was faded with a hint of powder blue. Any other thoughts?
