Subject: What can I do with some home made strawberry jalapeno jam that a friend gave us?
Carmelize onions, zap a can of apricots in the food processor, add those to the pan with a generous dollop of the jam and some cider vinegar.
Call this barbecue sauce and eat it with pulled pork.

I would get some pre-made puff pastry, put the brie with the jelly on top, wrap and bake. Yum!
