I just use it on sandwiches instead on mayo or mustard . Also good in grilled veggie sandwiches.

I went with Baked Italian Breaded pork chops in the cast iron and finished in the oven with pesto, tomatoes and fresh mozz melted on top. And froze the other 2 cups. It was a dinner winner.

Yes or chicken
Toss with any kind of pasta
Mix with salad dressing to pour on a salad
Pizza
But really freeze a bunch so you can mete it out. A week of pesto will get old.

Spread it on panini / grilled cheese and add tomatoes. Spread on chicken and top with cheese of your choice. Or Google Ina Garden's Goat cheese chicken breasts - i think she stuffs the breasts with pesto, too.

Toss with roasted vegetables. Pasta salad.

You can freeze it. I freeze mine in little blobs and take out as much as I need.

You can put it on anything, pretty much.
