I don't see it. I see makeup and wardrobe tricks. My nose does the same thing when I even halfway smile. And add 20 years between the photos? Noses do change.

Here's another picture of Salma, from a few days ago. She has naturally large breasts, but they're accentuated and smooshed together in the fuchsia dress (they're padded on the side to make them look rounder, than the usual smooshed-center effect). Here, they're more "normal," perhaps in a minimizer. My breasts can do the same thing (well, before I lost a ton of weight I could do that).

She's never had fillers or botox, which is commendable.

But honestly, one of the things that makes her likeable to women as well as men, is her personality. If you've ever seen her in interviews, you can see she's naturally very witty, doesn't take herself too seriously, self-deprecating, and even cerebral. She's someone that's extremely sexy to pretty much everyone.

She looks good but had the type of body that is always fighting being fat. It's a struggle, you can tell from the breast size and curvature, arms and armpits.
