Excellent! Love this! Another reminder of how stupid the whole program has become.
These are parents that are asking questions about the program during an orientation - it shouldn't reflect on the program. A lot of folks are tentative about asking questions in public - call them icebreaker questions, however poor they are perceived to be.
That's why they had us write the questions on an index card and turn them in so they could be read/asked anonymously. It's also possible that one of the kids could have written the question, especially the cupcake question.
