Your Adderalls and Ritalins will create the "willpower" you need to not eat. Because you won't want to eat, ever. The weight just flies off, I've noticed in others.
It won't work that way if you actually have ADD. For people without ADD, those drugs ramp you up. if you have ADD, they slow you down. I eat more on addreall. I only took it for a month. I didn't stop because it made me eat more, I stopped for other reasons, but I was sorely disappointed when my appetite did not diminish, but went the opposite direction.
Just take an allergy med with a decongestant. Kills my appetite entirely.
Seriously? I'm trying that.
Which one, sudafed? (pseudoephedrine)

I didn't want to pay for a good system. I wanted to try 21 day fix but we don't have a DVD player anymore. Beach body just started a streaming option but 21 day isn't available and I'm not up for the hour long work outs.
All this is to say I decided to go back to portion control and making healthy choices and lots and lots of water. Lunch has been salads with grilled chicken. Tonight's dinner was steak brown rice and snap peas and more water.
I'm not hungry but I do miss mindless eating.
For exercise I actually started to go to the gym instead of just paying the monthly fee. As I said, ask me in a week how it's going.
I have done medifast and I agree it's a great way to drop some serious weight FAST. I am also now basically on the 21 day fix for life - it is a great way to loose the rest of the weight and learn to eat forever. BTW, you can stream the 21 day fix videos. Why do you think you can't? Autumn and I hang out every morning!
I don't know. I looked on the beach body on demand list and didn't see it there. Maybe you have to buy the DVDs and then you get streaming access?
Great. Thank you so much.
You can- sign up for the 30 day free trial

It should be right in that library.

I find it difficult while chasing around two kids, but I'm trying again because it's so effective. Nutrisystem didn't work for me because it involved supplementing with a lot of store bought food and I couldn't keep up with the meal planning. But the food is definitely better on Nutrisystem. They also offer a discount for many insurance plans, so maybe ask for that.
If it was so effective, why are you trying again? Or do you just find it unsustainable and go back to eating normally?

This must be from a naturally skinny person. for people with horrible metabolisms this does nothing.
If i eat 1/4 cup of nuts I gain a pound.
Nope, not even close. And you're doing it wrong.
