Surprisingly, I have ended up buying dresses from J C Penney, Lord & Taylor, Loft, and Nordstroms for my daughter. So, you can never say where you will find the perfect dress. Look everywhere and try everything.

I asked OP is she was okay with them being strapless and she responded it is against the dress code.
