It's hard to tell in the pic, but the ones we have, at least, have a lot of texture to them. I think painted they would look kind of odd. I agree that white tile would look lovely, though, and it's probably what we'd do if/when we ever completely redo this bath.

Another pretty one with similar tile in the shower. I like the white vanity, too, but I bet the espresso would also look nice. I'll have to get some swatches of this and see what we think.
Actually I think that color is a little different than the quiet moments...I'll check them both out.
