I know a child whose teacher kept recommending that she be moved back to the base school but the parents refused, so I think it is up to the parents. You mean the right to choose which school your son attends, and then have free busing provided isn't enough for you? It's a choice Gen Ed kids don't get. That doesn't seem inequitable to you?
