With the exception of pf changs and panda cafe in fair oaks. I'd be wary of most hole in the wall chinese places. One brought out a plate of fruit and it had dancing roaches on it!

Sichuan Pavillion has been very uneven lately. Don't know what's going on there. Can't recommend anymore.
Haven't tried Great Wall.
