I wouldn't do happy hour with coworkers unless I was interested in somebody or was desperate to kill some time.

She probably was tipsy and exhausted from the work week and let her guard down. completely innappropriate but not the worst faux pas in the world. She is probably regretting running her mouth. Give her a break, if she seems uncomfortable on monday, just say "you were hilarious at happy hour, how do you come up with that crazy stuff?!"

That is just so incredibly trashy. And, the fact that she said it to her boss makes her not only trashy, but stupid.

OP - If she was hitting on you, I would make it very clear that you are not interested. That's the kind of woman who could make trouble for you.

Definitely sounds like she was testing the waters to see if you're interested without putting herself out there too much. Unless she has the personality where she goes around saying whatever she thinks and feels, no matter how inappropriate. if you're married and not interested then why are you asking, OP?

I'd guess so, but only because you mentioned that she's said stuff about you being attractive in the past. Attraction + its been a long time probably = interest. If it wasn't for that, I'd say there's as good a chance she was just trying to be one of the guys.
