I am not sure she has ever clearly expressed it. But her husband in buried in IT and she is from there as well - very proud of it. She also loved her husband very much, so the thinking is to have her ashes scattered around him and her city later on, since we can't do a burial there. He was buried there because he died there while on a trip.
We (husband and I) will be cremated as well when the time comes, so there isn't a family plot or something here… she would just be alone somewhere. This way she can at least be with her husband.
About religious services, he has decided to have one in the city where she used to live and where all her friends are. The cremation will be here.
