OP here. I think I will try the kugel for Saturday breakfast. We will have 8 people so this looks perfect for a crowd. Thanks everyone!

I think eggs and yogurts are your best bet. The only problem is a lot of yogurt might have corn syrup. If you have matza buy some jam with no corn syrup too. That's a nice breakfast.

PP here. Whoops! You are rights. However, sunflower seeds are also considered to be in the same grey area as sesame seeds.
