Other TAG students takes Honors Math or Advanced Math. Again, depending on where they are. Biology is for students who took Algebra and certain other TAG students who are nominated by their Math teacher. I am happy my child took Algebra/Geometry/Biology because it helped prepare child for the PSAT 8/9 along with some serious studying of course. However, the school does a good job of trying to give all 8th grade TAG the basics so they can do well on the test.

I would think that those who apply to CPA or CMIT would be students who are not in the TAG program. I have heard mixed reviews about Kenmoor however, it seems that most parents will complain but keep their kids in the program. It would be interesting if we could find out how many students from Kenmoor test into the science and tech high school programs at Roosevelt or other high schools. Any parent on the board whose child tested very well after TAG middle or TAG at Kenmoor.
I heard that Kenmoor has a Geometry and a Biology class which most middle schools don't have but I think it's only for the people in TAG. If you want your child in Algebra 2 and Chem freshman year then sure, but if not--
