It's a little curious though. The current bell times as posted on the WFES website are:
Mon - Fri: 8:10am - 3:00pm
NOTE: Students may arrive no earlier than 8:00am.
But I KNOW that the actual start time for being in the classroom is 8:20. Morning kiss and ride is still in full swing at 8:10.
From the letter it says:
Beginning in September, we will begin at 8:30 a.m. and dismiss at 3:15 p.m. Student drop-off will begin at 8:20 am each day.
So I would take from this that the "real" start time is 8:35 or 8:40

Most Elementaries have a 5-10 min change in start times and in addition all have added 5 min to their day either in morning or afternoon. As stated by Tuesday's mass email by FCPS all bell schedules will be posted on the site today.
Because I am trying to be helpful. I am sorry it was not helpful to you. I did not realize you are the posting police.
I am so sorry for offending you, officer.
Next time maybe you ought to simply report the post you find offensive.
Thank you for your consideration.
I for one found the post to be helpful - it let me compare the one that I received from a different school and come to the conclusion that even though these letters are coming from the Principal's they really do not reflect any thoughts from the Principal but rather are just mass communications from the Superintendent...

I don't think yours was harming anything but it's just a slippery slope if people continue to do that for other issues. Most schools got their own"letters" today or will be getting them.
