Why do you still care about what he thinks of you? You de-friend him and he thinks... what? Who cares what he thinks. De-friend him and talk to a therapist about whatever it is that's keeping you obsessed with someone who was selfish and manipulative.

OP, how long were you with him? You said you broke up with him an hour ago.
If you don't want to de-friend him, hid his posts. That will be a step to eventually de-friend him.
