Unless you live in Country Club area, you can't get around the fact that Arlington is an urban area. Busy streets abound. And if you don't live on a busy street, you can bet the yours is a cut-throughs. Having said that, I love that I am so close to everything I need - nature trails, shopping, good schools, etc - without having to sit at stop lights and intersections for an interminable amount of time.

To each her own, pp. It seems like it's VERY important to you that that others agree with you; the facts suggest otherwise, however. I see 16 posts here, only two of which have made that assertion anyway, and more people than not have said it's not that busy.
