I use a curved-tip syringe to flush out my tonsil crypts with water twice a week. It's changed my life.
I guarantee you ALL the bad breath on this thread is caused by tonsil stones.
I have bad breath fairly often and I don't have tonsils. They were removed when I was young. How could I have tonsil stones?

The weird thing is that he knows that his breath is the reason we don't kiss and it doesn't seem to bother him.
I wonder if he notices colleagues putting their hands over their face when they talk to him, or backing away and holding conversations from a distance.
Was it like this when you dated?

My wife has the same "shit in gut" breath. It's really hard to deal with. Been over 30 yrs now. I've just never had the balls to tell her how bad it is. Sad thing is, None of the Dentist have ever told her how bad her breath is neither. Doctors neither. I guess we all are too embarrassed for her !!!! It really sucks.
Op Here- How do you deal with it? Are you able to kiss her?
Yes, we kiss plenty. I don't know how I deal with it (shrug) I just figure it's my responsibility to keep her happy since I love her. It's really hard at times though. I always face the other way when sleeping. Many times I have to pull the covers over my head to block it out. I'm just really dumbfounded why her Dentist and Doctors have never said anything. She's a knock out beautiful woman with the worst breath in the Country.

My sympathies are with you. I have a dear friend with breath like you describe. I was in the car with her a few days ago and I was actually dizzy from the smell of it. I know she has good hygiene but lots of digestive issues. Days later I'm still considering trying to talk with her about it. If I had breath that bad, I hope to God someone would tell me. It's got yo be hurting her at work. She rarely has second dates. The may well be why.
