You cannot read someone's mind to know they are transgender. People go by sight especially if a transgender is visually male. Most educated and non-educated people perceive visually. That's a fact.

My assumption is that anyone going to a gym is there with the sole intent to work-out. When they are in the locker room, I assume they are there to change their clothes. If someone wants to look at other's genitalia, there are plenty of other ways and places to do that.
