Yes, every couple of months and they are very intense. DH has noticed them and that is embarrassing. Often no dream involved but I guess I'm either writhing and/or moaning....may have to try PP's suggestion of touching, hmm.

Just once, also when pregnant. Had crazy sex dreams when I was pregnant. I occasionally still have sex dreams but wake up before finishing. They are never about DH...

I think when the OP says "swollen" she is referring to a certain part of her body. *clears throat*

As for the ache, I think that can be used subjectively right?

No, I haven't had one while asleep.

If I am in a dry spell...A real long one, I have dreamed that I am getting it on with either a fictional guy or a celebrity (Ashton! T.I.!), then wake up to find myself horny, but not climaxed. Only pissed off that I woke up damn it!!

Yes but have never felt swollen or achy or like I would if actually stimulated while awake.

I get these organisms every few months in the middle of the night. It is something that I can't seem to control and it is multiple organisms and it causes me to not be able to sleep. It is hard to explain.

Yep, my whole life it seems. I never remember having sex in the dream, but often I have to pee really bad when I wake up.

Same here. I also feel quite relaxed when it happens. Wish it happened more, but it's probably twice a year.

This has never happened to me. Is there someplace I can sign up for it?

Anonymous wrote:Yes I have these every so often. Glad to hear that I am not weird! I've always wondered. Strangely, my "dream" orgasms are more powerful than most in real life. Anyone else noting this? Sometimes I wake up in the middle of an orgasm, and the slightest touch in that area makes it go even more crazy. (Again, from a health and medicine point of view.. I am not seeking to titillate anyone.) Does that sound right to anyone?

Spot on (pun intended)

Ditto. Torrid sex dreams about old boyfriends, never DH.

I get right to the point of finishing but wake up before I do. DH enjoys when I have these dreams since they are usually shortly after we fall asleep and he doesn't mind being woken up!
