New renovation, it's 3 blocks from my house, I liked the outdoor space and it would get my child the Deal feed since we lost it in the boundary review.

Well, Eaton families no longer have proximity preference under the new system, so there is still hope.
Why did that change? There's no proximity preference if you aren't IB?

No one should give up hope. We are getting more IB each year but there are still usually several OOB spots, and we also usually see some shuffling in the first few weeks of school when the Janney/Murch/Stoddert IB kids who didn't get in to their schools initially get last-minute slots.
