single moms probably belong to the gyms that have child care available, too.
But why, WHY deliberately single mothers? Why would you want to date a single mother when you have the option not to? Why is being a single mother the first qualifier? Makes no sense. Sexual attractiveness first, yes. But single mother? Makes no sense.
Strange.
Did you miss the part where the OP explained that he cannot have children of his own?
I think the PP you're responding to is the woman hater who tries to get many women on the board to believe nobody decent should/could want them.

that, among many other factors, makes you unbelievably sexy and desirable in my eyes!!

Why? Because she either doesn't have custody (as big of a red flag as it gets) or she does and she's hanging out in bars?
Which one it is? Why would anyone want to put up with this shit if they didn't have to?
Most divorced women in DC share custody on a 50-50% basis with the ex. If a divorced mom in DC ends up with sole custody, either Dad opted out or he has a history of some awful stuff (physical abuse, drug use affecting his parenting, etc.) Those are the cases where I might wonder about the divorced mom, or more specifically why she made such a bad choice in her ex.

Anonymous wrote:Wow, OP. I'm a PP (the 2nd 31yo mom). I wondered, honestly. Sorry to hear that. You should probably go online and filter for women with kids. And look for rings when you see a woman with kids. You would probably be ideal for someone with sole custody like a GF of mine.
To the other single mom, I suspect there's a bit of envy that you still have a social life. Haters gonna hate. lol
