It really does not, and its reputation is likely to decline further as the impact of the various redistrictings that stripped Poe MS and Annandale HS of many of their single-family neighborhoods sinks in over the next few years.
Woodson has the best reputation in that area, followed by Falls Church, whose reputation is improving.

I think Annandale has one of the lower reputations? Within a few miles of Annandale- there is Woodson, Lake Braddock, Robinson and Wet Springfield that I would all rank higher.
But all of those schools are outside the Beltway with longer commutes to most parts of DC and Arlington.

Is the Pentagon in Arlington? I don't know anyone who commutes anywhere else in Arlington for work.
