Subject: Lower-end but nice looking curtains for bedroom?
I love West Elm curtains. They periodically go on sale 20-30% off with free shipping, depending on the number of panels and length you need you might be able to fit your budget.

I agree OP. I spent a lot of money on furniture, artwork, and window treatments (blinds and cellular shades) but all of my curtains are from Target.

JC Penney is the place for a decent selection of decent inexpensive curtains. They also sell rods.

I bought beautiful lined curtains at JC Penney. They are quite wide (120") because I wanted cover the whole wall. I still can't believe they were on sale for $100. They've been up for a few years now and I still love the way they look.

You can find deals on ebay if you're patient. I got 4 matching Pottery Barn panels for $100 for my guest room.

We bought ours from ikea. The are room darkening and fabulous. Look so much nicer than the ones I tried from penny's and bed bath beyond. The rod was from target. Fairly simple black wrap around rod. Home Depot and lowes have good quality cheaper rods.

I already mentioned it on here but I get wood rods at hobby lobby or Home Depot. You cut them to size and add finials. I hate adjustable. The rings always catch. I like big rods.
