Subject: Who else has insomnia and is on DCUM? What else are you doing?
I have had terrible insomnia for many years and can't tolerate the medication. I finally had good results by turning the thermostat to 65, using a hot water bottle, and turning off the electrical breakers in my bedroom and surrounding rooms. I fall asleep easily.
