She probably does coke, she likes to party and lives in LA. Might have an eating disorder- she drinks a lot but doesnt eat a whole lot. I think she also has skinny genetics.
I used to drink a lot at that age too and got wrinkles I could never fully get rid of without cosmetic procedures. The alcohol severely dehydrates you from within.
