Funny. With all the insults you read on this forum, several upper county ES in Germantown, Gaithersburg, Clarksburg, and Rockville rank above virtally all the schools in Chevy Chase, Olney, and Bethesda.
Parents at Ronald McNair, Spark Matsunaga, Diamond, Lake Seneca, etc. know their kids are getting a quality education, though you could never tell reading this site. I guess most of us MoCo "others" are too busy spending quality time at the Soccerplex or outdoors with our kids to be constantly bickering over which "W school" is the best, and spreading fear of the upcounty "poors."
Shhh, those of us who live upcounty don't want the DCUM crowd moving up here. Let them keep the high-pressure environment for their kids where it is.

She doesn't have to move to Ellicott City she just needs to move to Germantown to attend the highest ranked MoCo elementary school according to that list - Ronald McNair. It's ranked 11 so just outside the top 10
