I'm kind of disappointed because I really don't want DD in the boundary school and I want her at a school where before and after care is on-site. I signed up for JHFI and Spanish Immersion at Overlook as well in the Specialty lottery, so crossing fingers that she will get placed at one of these 5 schools.
Update: DD received placement at Imagine Lincoln. I am truly grateful since I think it's better than the boundary school and it has before and after care on site (no school bus rides, YAY!). I haven't been able to find much information about the school, except a few ratings on Greatschools.org, which were not too good. This concerns me. Has anyone heard anything (good or bad) about this school? I am still holding out hope that she'll receive placement in one of the immersion programs, but it may be safe to say that she'll be at Imagine Lincoln next year.
