Update: DD received placement at Imagine Lincoln. I am truly grateful since I think it's better than the boundary school and it has before and after care on site (no school bus rides, YAY!). I haven't been able to find much information about the school, except a few ratings on Greatschools.org, which were not too good. This concerns me. Has anyone heard anything (good or bad) about this school? I am still holding out hope that she'll receive placement in one of the immersion programs, but it may be safe to say that she'll be at Imagine Lincoln next year.

With numbers in the 100s, your best chances for placement would be for the lowest grade level in a larger school. Meaning that there would be all new students in that grade level (K, 6th at some schools, 9th), and there would be 100+ students in that grade level.

PP, I wanted to point out there are application numbers in the 7000s that received low numbers.

The one for imagine lincoln you should get in just hold out. You have a good number. I am not sure if you sign up early or not but it seems to me the lower the application number the better your chances are. I to am hoping for specialty lottery. Hopefully we get better results next month. So now i have to figure out a way to keep my mind off of the specialty lottery. We will all get in somewhere lets keep positive.

Out of curiosity, what is the highest number heard of in getting into a school. My child is in the 100s for our selections...

PP, it's not supposed to matter whether you applied on the first day or the last day. It looks like you'll get a placement offer for Imagine Lincoln. I'm not sure if that's your top choice, but at least you got something.

I mean 87 is not a bad number.

No luck for me 101 for imagine leeland second grade and 85 for CMIT for second. It likes like I will have to hold out for next month for specialty lottery. I hope someone got some good news. 52 is not a high number so hold on for leeland for k OP.

Thank you so much! The anticipation was killing me, LOL. For kindergarten, my daughter is #252 at Imagine Andrews and #87 at Imagine Leeland. I know they only accept about 52 kindergarteners, but I'm still holding onto a little hope for Leeland. Does anyone know of someone who got in with a number that high?

Spoke with someone in Accounting Boundary office. They said emails go out by the end of this week. Not sure if the online results will be posted similar to last year.

If anyone knows of an online link to check the results please post. That is easier than stalking the mailbox
