I've used the cough stuff for the under 1 set (found it at Walgreen's) - it pretty much agave nectar. I think it helped only a little b/c it was soothing to the throat. Think liquid cough drop. She seemed to feel a little better, but was still coughing.

I found the Maty's at the Giant on Arlington Blvd in Falls Church.
