Pineapple core is supposed to help, too. I ate it over the first 3-4 days on the day of and after FET and had success twice.

Thanks. The infertility forum usually doesnt have snarky posters.
Thank you all for the advice on vitamin b and e. So, coQ10 really doesnt help implantation at all then.

Correct, because it takes about three cycles for oocytes to go through all the stages of development.

Wow - 01/26/2015 00:10. Usually the infertility forum on DCUM is less judgmental and evidences better reading comprehension than the rest of the site. Not so with you.

I have been taking COQ10 since June. When I saw my RE at SGFC he said the CoQ 10 was the only thing I was taking that might have some clinical success behind it so I continued to take it. I also have read it takes 90 days to impact egg quality.
