Doar's lease is almost up. Rumor is a high school is looking to take over all of the Edgewood space.

It's been 1 miles consistently all along. 1 mile and in ward 5.

yes, I thought the last lee move speculation thread settled on Doar. I thought there was also some speclation about perry prep (or something like that)?

Pretty sure myschooldc IS mapping as the crow flies - Howard U PCS is listed as 0.88 miles away from Lee, but that assumes you are swimming through McMillan Reservoir. Regardless, there are definitely several more schools that would fall in the 1.5 miles radius, if that is how things shake out.

There are a couple more if you do 1 mile as the crow flies, rather than 1 mile driving distance.
