Is the too late in the day? Can you fit it in, in some way during the day?
Hate the machines? Can you find an activity outside?
Do you feel like you are so out of shape the effort seems pointless? Ease up on the expectations of yourself and focus on what you are doing.
These are just some ideas to help you change your frame of mind OP. I know it's not easy, good for you!
This is key - if I work out after 12:00, I don't enjoy it. I workout before noon, always. (early lunch or before work)
