I'm the one who was brushed off by GW RE... I didn't try elsewhere. And my DH and I swore off other ivf visits. We are both quite a bit older (me: just turned 42; him: 50) and so have made the choice not to seek any kind of intervention/assistance, but I completely support couples who make other choices and if it weren't for our ages, we'd probably make a different choice as well.

We've actually just learned that we're pregnant. Here's to a sticky, healthy baby...

My friend saw Dr. Osborne at Shady Grove who prescribed her progesterone supplementation and nothing more.
